Kinemetrics Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response – Update

As we mark a year of managing the impact of COVID-19, we want to thank our employees and customers for their cooperation. Due to the diligent efforts of our team, we have been able to keep our employees safe while working to meet the needs of our customers. Our employees have successfully adapted their workflow and processes to protect themselves and others while going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. We greatly appreciate their efforts.
We continue to monitor all COVID-19 developments and are carefully following government guidelines, while taking precautionary steps to do what we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We have a dedicated team closely managing the situation, and we are planning and acting accordingly.

As a supplier to critical infrastructure and other sectors, our locations across the US will continue to remain open with essential, on-site staff available to fulfill your needs; We are here for you.
Staff
To reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19, we have continued remote work policies for many employees; we are ready to serve you as always. Due to our remote staffing, when calling Kinemetrics, please leave a detailed phone message which will be transcribed into an email and immediately sent to the person you are calling for a quicker response.
We continue to operate within our reorganized production area to accommodate social distancing and have continued to follow federal and local government guidelines, including symptom checking, mask wearing, frequent disinfecting and many other safety precautions.

Supply Chain
Kinemetrics has well-established processes to coordinate our efforts during outbreaks like COVID-19. We continually monitor our supply chain for issues that may impact our operations, working closely with our suppliers to assess and minimize any potential effect. By continuously optimizing our supply chain, we can quickly respond to changing market dynamics, minimizing impacts to our business and disruptions to our customers.
Deliveries
We continue to ship customer orders as expected and we will do our utmost to ensure your promised deliveries are accomplished in a timely manner. However, some deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside of our control. We will endeavor to keep customers updated and to provide as much notice as possible of a potential delay. Please be aware that during times of uncertainty, such as this, so called “bad actors” often attempt to fraudulently re-direct movements of money, especially electronic transfers. Please note that we will not be amending our banking and invoicing procedures, so please do not comply and contact your Kinemetrics representative or call (626) 795-2220 if you receive any such communications.
